Alienated USA Now At The Receiving End

What an ironical and paradoxical turn of events at the global scene during the past about over one and a half month span unexpectedly bringing superpower America on to its toes ! Sans an iota of doubt,the superpower known as United States of America(USA)finding itself despicably alienated in the world in a bid to Make America Great Again (MAGA) since Donald Trump’s getting into the White House for second term grappling with odds galore dithering,fleeting and wavering only to be just fuming,fretting and fumbling at the receiving end !
The antics of power centric trio of like-minded friends Donald Trump,Benjamin Netanyahu and Narendra Modi in league driven by sheer expansionist,egoistic megalomanic and whimsical impulses threw the entire world into a spate of pell mell,trauma,grave energy crisis,fiscal and geo-political ups and downs.Trump right from the word go of his second term with his “wild trump card”of tariff war,did not spare even academia- the Harvard University freezing its grants then tormenting manifold nations with his intimidating tactics(only China taking cudgels boldly against his unruly moves) followed by his totally unwarranted misadventure of abduction of Venezuela President Nicolas Maduro and his better half with sinister designs of supremacy over the rich oil treasures of Venezuela.

Having been emboldened by Venezuelan President and his wife’s forcible air lifting act to America and ultimate change of guard there taken lightly by the world, Trump began fancying regime change a child’s play anywhere to reign supreme. This prompted him to engineer trouble and revolt among Iranian masses manipulating initial success. Patted up by Israel Prime Minister Netanyahu Trump overlooking talks and negotiations miscalculating Iranian regime’s grit, clarity, courage and determination to brave all eventualities to keep intact its sovereignty, integrity and existence at all costs dared invasion on Iran on February 28 with ultimately Israel too jumping into the war. After initial setbacks, Iran too putting up a valiant retaliation to USA and Israel operations ultimately jolting USA, Israel, Middle East and West Asia nations with upheaval and panic with the covert support of two Veto Powers China and Russia.
How bizarre it is that quite often talked of a term “superpower” nowadays connoting utmost absurdity knowing now no bounds blowing hot and cold.
“Necessity is the mother of invention” dictum amazingly bears testimony to this fact that no country earlier on even including Iran could really explore the value and significance of the strait of Hormuz.But now per chance in its hour of grim crisis necessity prompted Iran to take control of Oil,LPG and LNG cargoes passing through its water territory to choke sea traffic for over a month constraining entire world make a hue and cry over the likelihood of severe world energy crisis assuming out of bounds proportions.Neither USA nor Israel or any other nation could counter Iran and its all the time vigilant dare devil IRGC guarded security of the strait of Hormuz so much so that US Naval,Air Force and ground forces despite its best and all out struggles,had to eat a humble pie in liberating ships stranded for a long time at the strait of Hormuz.Iran then of late discovered that it had the key of Hormuz a sort of Midas Touch in its hands allowing friendly nations China, Russia to sail freely and choking its foes very smartly.
The Hormuz blockade thus made the European Union,NATO and many other aggrieved nations realise the gravity of the situation,began to fastly distance themselves from this illegal war though Trump did call European,NATO nations to join hands with America to free Hormuz choking but all in vain.Trump stood isolated as most of the nations decided not to see eye to eye with Trump’s unilateral decision to attack Iran.His action fell flat on the ground like a pack of cards as UNO,US Parliament, US Polity and Public did not support this reckless act paving way for No Kings Movement in America with public in millions resisting this foul play tooth and nail thronging on to the roads saying No To War.
Swayed by whims and surmises Trump dancing to the tunes of Netanyahu did strive to thrive on shrilling ultimatums then retreats off and on to save his face and skin, in reality America suffering severe setbacks on all fronts did not at any stage feel shy of bragging US win and destroying Iran,its defence bases and structures.Confused,non-
Then the strait of Hormuz choking and blockade act of Oil,LPG,LNG cargoes per chance sprung up as an umbrella for Iran in odd moments in self-defence coming in the long run as a fiscal windfall and strategic security cover too, proving all world defence strategists,experts and leaders wrong in their analytical and hypothetical assumptions.
When Trump ‘s all threats up his sleeves from time to time did not succeed in taming Iran then he after ceasefires of twenty four,forty eight hours leapt up to two weeks ceasefire paved way for Islamabad peace talks but after almost a day long parleys, meet ended in fiasco in accordance with Netanyahu’s wishes.
The world media analysis and editorials did highlight Islamabad dialogue slipping into futility.No denying the fact that America known as superpower in the world had to fly to Islamabad for table talks.There too Trump’s selfish intentions of sharing Hormuz toll tax and control with Iran wish came to the fore with America pressing its demand of Iran not to go in for nuclear tests.The dream of regime change in Iran thus shattered into pieces, at times to focus on opening of the Hormuz blockade sometimes then shifting goal post to choke Hormuz to build pressure.
Things not going Trump Netanyahu way ,Trump again had to resort to restart the dialogue course sending Field Marshal Asif Munir of Pakistan to explore the avenues of negotiated peace settlement. The task still appears to be Herculean for him because of Iran’s tough stance backed by China, Russia with many more nations tilting towards Iran and its allies quite overwhelmingly. Undoubtedly, Iran so far has the upper hand by dint of its consistency and dauntlessness not to falter and yield at all in Lord Alfred Tennyson’s spurring these words ,”To strive,to seek, to find,and not to yield.”
Trump leaving nothing to chance has been trying his level best to wriggle out of this mind boggling situation gracefully but every time gets mired too deeply in his own invited trouble quite recklessly. The problem with whimsical Trump is that one step he takes forward, ten steps he retreats in wake of his mounting and multiplying headaches. His plight is of a person not achieving this or that: “Naa Khuda Hi Mila Naa Visale Sanam, Naa Idhar Ke Rahe Naa Udhar Ke Rahe”(I was left with neither spiritual peace nor earthly love)though he boasts himself to be emodiment too of Lord Jesus Christ. He is not at all peace with his nation’s intelligence agencies, the defence forces changing horses mid stream and above all engaging unduly in acrimonious engagement with the Pope Leo XIV of Catholic Church who did not approve of war with Iran advocating very strongly for world peace.
Failing so far in his wishes of MAGA, regime change in Iran and decorated with Nobel Peace Prize objectives badly,he is face to face with grave challenges- those prominently being the weakening of Petro Dollars reign in the world,the strait of Hormuz Treasure coming Iran’s way as a result of America-Israel attack on Iran,Iran’s pursuit of nuclear tests and uranium enrichment freely but in a clandestine manner,the realignments fresh of nations on the global level in light of looming large threats to security,sovereignty, integrity and freedon of various nations to fall back on unreliable so called superpower experience to make these think quite seriously to learn how to stand on one’s own feet.BRICS, NATO, European Union, Middle East,West Asia, Group-20,Group-7, QUAD and SCO are poised to have a fresh look now.
All in all,this bizarre far ranging chaos, confusion,uncertainty,disaster and dread did augur as an eye-opening experiment sounding a very timely note of caution exhorting various countries of cosmos to think of brave new but harmonious a world order ensuring peaceful co-existence in all the four directions-north,east,west and
south.
