“BUSINESS FIRST PORTAL” of Punjab State under the Punjab Right to Business Act 2020 appears geared up to become a game changer for it’s MSMES.
It has been informed by the GM DIC, Ludhiana Mr Mahesh Khanna that the department has issued First in-principle consent letter in a record time of 11days to M /s Harisar Indusrial corporation’s Unit No.2 under Right to Business Act for setting up of a new manufacturing unit of plywood and laminates at Vill Panjeta.
The in- principle approval to the entrepreneur Inderjit Singh Sohal was given by the Ludhiana Dy Commissioner Varinder K. Sharma in his office in the presence of DIC officials .
It has been observed that the portal is quite user friendly and DIC officials make it a point to check the documents uploaded by the perspective MSME quick so that all delays are curtailed .
