‘ HUMANE DISPOSITION IS THE NEED OF THE HOUR ‘—-Dr. SUNIL CHOPRA

In wake of the current  catastrophe wreaking havoc in the country ,the significance of benevolence and brotherhood should not be undermined at any cost .All of us should not only strictly  take all suggested preventive measures to save ourselves, our  relatives and fellow beings but also show generosity and be compassionate to those who are sick, helpless and currently in crisis.

It is high time  to extend a helping hand to a person who is neither mentally,physically nor financially sound.We can voluntarily accompany those patients to hospitals who have been abandoned by their nears and dears or donate money to those who can’t buy food and medicines .

The prices of various commodities(masks, gloves,sanitisers,medicines, pulse Oxymeters) have either sky-rocketed or they have become scarce today and above all even with a lot of money in hands  a Covid positive patient may not find a bed in the hospital with an oxygen cylinder and a ventilator. In such critical moments, not only the patient gets disheartened but his attendants  also become very tense and panic-stricken .

At this crucial juncture a friend or a neighbour should come to the rescue of the needy and play his or her role not only happily, cordially but sincerely too.

The stress is taking a heavy toll on our brothers and sisters.Doctors and nurses are also highly stressed out, their spirits are not very high today.The desperate need of the hour is to maintain HUMANE DISPOSITION and boost the morale of everyone around us.God sees the truth but waits.If we will help the impoverished and sufferers today,we will be rewarded tomorrow.
